All I really need to make this perfect is a hot-tub. That is going in next year after I get the sun-room done. There will be a fireplace in it and probably a sauna if I can get the permits.

I have the neatest draft for the room. Putting a sliding door with a deck on the outside. That way in the winter I can open it up and let the cold in while the fireplace and hot-tub are going.
