The truth is I am looking for someone. Not sure if I will find her but it’s worth a shot. So let’s see… I guess I should start with who I am. I am an early 30s, Aussie hunk with umm… scads of money? A fast car? A pilot’s license?

Okay I will be honest. I am a 32 Aussie guy looking for a connection. Life’s too short not to have some fun. And I don’t mean fake camel racing fun (unless of course, that’s your thing). I mean fun as in getting to know each other -- chatting on a regular basis. I am looking for someone that I can talk to, joke with, and indulge in a little exploration. I am not looking for a one off, but more of an online relationship. I want to get to know you. (Damn that sounds trite, but it’s true!) I am not looking for a specific body type or even age range. I am looking for a woman that knows what she likes, is willing to put herself out there and allow me along for the ride. Or if you aren’t sure what you like, we can figure it out together.

Hmmm. If I'm a 7, does that mean I should be looking for other 7s, or more like a 3? On one hand two shy people seem like they would have some personality traits in common (good), but at the same time since they are both shy it might be a struggle to converse (bad).

Do I need someone I can relate to, or someone to pull me out of my shell? This thread has raised more questions than it has answered!

I would say that as a 7, you should aim for a 5 or 6. That way, they can encourage you to be more outgoing and spontaneous, but they'll also understand when you decide that if you have to engage in small talk one more time HEADS WILL ROLL! *ahem*

Or something like that. I find that I can only take excessively outgoing people in moderation.
