Myst go here:

user cp - edit options - change avatar

Myst - click on user cp at the top, go to EDIT OPTIONS, then click on CHANGE AVATAR at the bottom of the screen, and then cut the URL from your location field & paste it into the avatar URL field and submit.

Anyone who has an avatar in their location field should do this.

i tried the edit profile and cp thingy and it is still listed, but it wont show up on my postings!

There are complete specific directions in the How To section.

Ok, just a test:

save Wizard's old icon to disk with right-click "save picture as".

Open with Paintshop Pro

click Image/ resize from menu

set largest dimension to 150 pixels, let PSP set the other too keep the proportions right.

click OK

Save resized imge

Reply to izzzie's thread.

click browse button next to "Attach File" option.

Find and select rezsized image

Submit post.

Total time, including typing this mindless drivel to explain how I did it: About five minutes.

Well, that worked, Now ll Wizzie needs to do is copy* that image to his user CP and he's in businesss again.

*(copy to hard drive, use browse to pick it when chngin CP settings.)

PaintShop Pro is the program I have configured to open all image formats. Use whaever image editing software you have and are familiar with.

PaintShop Pro comes in a 60 Day trial version tht can be downloaded from http://www.jasc.com
