how about something along the lines of college suite mates where we are in different dorm rooms that share a common bathroom. either one walks in on the other getting out of the shower or can see them through a crack in the door taking a shower and something happens from there?

actress being blackmailed by her manager into doing things she normally wouldn't have all because of some dirty pictures she took once apart a time. He forces her to become his sub which in turn he secretly pimps her out to his other client's to help his career. Sooner or later he falls in love with her and then the tables are turned!:
