Seems to be happening to multiple people, from stories > control panel people seem to be able to access forums and thats about it from what ive seen in other posts

I dont see any record of you being banned from the chat. Please try and clear your browser's cache and then log on to the chat.

Typically, a 404 error is ISP related.

i agree, i dont think that is a ban, i think is an isp or vpn related issue
