Thats true too. I read faster then everyone I know except for my gf and reading is her primary form of communication she she has a bit of an advantage.


Back when I was still in engineering I was taking a manufacturing process class. In one of the labs we had to use metal lathes to make a gear out of aluminium. The lab was two hours long and the project was a two day project. I finished the first days work in less then an hour and got to go home.

I missed the next lab because I was sick and had to go make it up. The day I made it up I had to use a different machine that was backwards from the lathe I was working on. This lathe was a german machine so all of the controls and settings were in the metric system and decimal form not the english system with fractions. I started late because I had to lean a new machine and I still finished about 30 min before anyone else.
