I'd accept nepotistical and nepotistically, but I'd never use them. Even if for no other reason than they sound ugly.

Agreed. The outright ugly should not be placed in common circulation at the unbridled word of the Webster's people.

Hijack: How many of us do that? Either create a new word or unknowingly use a real but uncommon one just because it sounds right. I know I end up doing it all the time. Are there any others who do the same or is everyone else just better at English?
