I noticed he was downstairs hanging out on his balcony with some friends drinking beer and I decided to say "hello"...
After some small chit chat introducing myself the lil'devil in me took over and I think the guy is spooked...I told him that I was surprised the apartment complex would rent out his apartment...
He asked me why...
I told him that about 6 months ago the previous tenant was found shot to death in the bedroom and the case hasn't been solved...
I don't think he'll be sleeping good tonite...
