I must apologise for not being around much lately, but I haven't been online for the past week or so due to being extremely busy with a convention and putting in ungodly hours at work. However one good thing came out of the deal: We hired a temp to help out during the convention and the last day before she went home, I got her phone number.
To make a long story short, we had our first, second, and third dates this weekend and while I know that my feelings are mostly lust induced at this point, I feel that I may have stumbled upon "The One". We're both the same age (32) and neither of us has been married or has any children, though both of us have been in extended relationships and we are taking things more slowly than we have in the past. I don't really know why I'm writing this, but I had to tell someone, I'm so excited. She's extremely beautiful and I just can't stop looking at her face.
I never before thought of Love at First Site as being possible, and I don't know if this is love yet or not, but for me, I've never felt so completely attracted to someone after knowing them for only a few days.
Now that I've gotten that off my chest, I'll quietly go back to reading the other threads and see what everyone else is thinking today.
