You know, after the cost of getting out of my first marriage, the Babe and I talked about it--there's a wonderful book about making a pre-nup part a really positive thing--but we kinda ran outa time and interest with everything else that was happening: her new job, a cross-country move, a wedding with 640 people invited (that was my idea--we actually had about 250), and so on. So we let it go and we're figuring we'll just have to remain married.

She's not bad, she is.

I can't tell you how many times a day they come to mind and I say them at least three or four times a day, morning and evening and on the phone. However, "Hey, let's fuck!" doesn't always seem to work as well as I'd like. I'll have to try some other combination, I guess.

12 years here and we're the same.

The icing on the cake: we sometimes yell at each other, hurt each other's feelings and get furiously angry with each other... shortly before having incredible sex.

We let other people see us hug and kiss now and then, but we rarely let them see us argue. That's our own precious, private, intimate space.
