I REST MY CASE....ROYAL RUMBLE RESULTS

Just as predicted, Austin defeated Kane to win the Royal Rumble. I have been watching WWF long before their 1st Wrestlemania when one the main events were Rowdy Roddy Piper vs. Mr. T in a boxing match. WWF is extremely commercial and has always been. Austin HAD to win because the excitement was built eversince his return. And everyone knows that Kurt Angle is not World Champion material (It's true, it's true). So WWF decided to add a little more excitement to it. Wrestlemania will be in plan in the next couple of months so they have to put the two most popular good & evil against one another.
But I am shocked that Triple H was pinned by that geek. However, there is still another pay-per-view event or two before Wrestlemania so anything could happen.

I hate HHH. I just liked the Steph/Trish catfight.


The bf was SO disappointed when I pointed out that Trish has a cottage cheese ass. When the event was over, he had to rewind the recording I made to see for himself if she did.


She DOES have a Rikishi ass. It's true It's True.



Someday the Rock will come back to being the WWF Champ.


But what the hell was up with the Return of the Other Headshrinker? Wasn't he still on WCW like 5 days ago?

I wouldn't go as far as saying she has a Rikishi ass! She's still one fine female as far as i'm concerned.

The HHH vs Angle match up was disappointing because i don't really like those two anyway, and the Tag team title match and the ladder match were so good! Just made the title match seem a boring in comparison.

I would have loved to see The Rock become Royal Rumble Champ twice in a row....

I'm with you ASK FOR MORE, Trish is one helluva fine woman. However, I also agree that she picked up a little weight. And this surprises me alot because, when I was an avid fitness magazine reader, I remember seeing her on many covers, pages, and calendars of those magazines. She was a professional fitness model. In fact, so was Scott Steiner's personal freak (I forget her real name). I still have those magazines with Trish Status' fitness shots and she was fine then. Maybe she picked up that weight because she's living the good life while on the McMahon/Titan Sports payroll. No more tuna and chicken breast for her, she's pigging out now.

I dunno about Austin winning the belt. I still see a heel turn for the Rattlesnake(like the Dudleys, he was much better as a heel). I would have given the win to Rocky, have Austin turn and win the belt...you got yourself Rocky/Austin at WM. BIG MATCH. Bigger than Hogan/Warrior at WM6 simply because the mutual hatred the two will have...but hey what do I know?

As for Angle, I say he belongs in the iC title picture with Benoit and Jericho, but Angle is good in the ring and solid on the mic. They just really messd up with the feud with him and HHH.

Speaking of HHH, he's basically the best flagship wrestler around right now. He can get a solid match out of everyone, he can work the crowd, and make it seem like anyone can beat him. See the HHH/TAKA Michinoku match on Heat a few months ago...outstanding match and HHH made it seem like TAKA actually had a shot at winnin the belt. Yeah, you can talk about Austin, the Rock, the Undertaker, etc etc, but it's HHH that holds the promotion together. He's the backbone of the WWF. He proved a lot of people wrong and I'm sure as hell glad he did.

I don't see what's happening with Rocky recently. Seems that all his matches recently haven't been up to the standard as his previous ones.....i guess now he's taking a backseat so Austin can go all out and open a can of whoopass on whoever he's gonna fight at Wrestlemania.

One more thing, Rocky seems to have switched from candy asses to monkey asses ;op

One more thing, i don't know about you guys but i'd love to see William Regal getting more action. He could be a truly great bad guy even if he doesn't cheat as much as the rest. Will he get his chance to layeth the besmirching down?

I swear, I don't think I have ever actually witnessed Kurt Angle win a match. It's pathetic. He's so proud of his Olympic medals, and yet he can't defeat a few guys who are even in his "class". IMHO, Kurt is a major dork

What did everyone think of the ladder match? I've been reading the review at ign.com and they think it could be a contender for one of the best ladder matches ever. I really thought it was fantastic, especially the Walls of Jericho at the top of the ladder!

With a match like that, anyone think that Y2J may be headed on to greater things? now everyone knows he can really put in a good performance when it counts and i really, really want someone else around to give Angle and Rikishi a pounding. God i hate those guys.
