Reading the news.

Good god.

Maybe I should stop using Yahoo as primary email. Seriously.

I can't stand stuff like this lately. It's always bad, but it must be the hormones, because I read it now and just can't stop crying. :(

Ugh.

OMG...that made me throw up in my mouth a little. What the hell is wrong with some people ???:(

:rose:

Find those movies you love that give you happy tears.

Watch them over and over instead of TV or internet news.

Yeah, I've got Harry Potter on now. Kids' choice. The problem is really the %&#% computer. So much to do on the damned thing, (and so little time to get it done... only 10 weeks to go...) and every single time I check my email - there's the news...

It isn't just hormones, honey. I cried, then I got DAMN mad. Right now, I could easily beat that poor girls parent to death with a shovel and have NO regrets.

And it said the jury could convict the mother of a lesser charge? What? That's so not right. Anyone who abuses/kills children deserves no less than the same.

It they're not put to death, they both deserve to be locked up forever. No parole.

Yes, that story would make anyone cry. And yes, you should swear off reading or even glancing at the news till after baby is born and hormones have settled down.

If you won't do it for yourself, do it for the baby, 'kay?

(Please pardon my excursion) There is a school of theological thought that maintains the book or Revelations is an allegorical tale, at least in part, and that in truth, upon death each believer assumes a duty within the Heavenly Hierarchy. You are given some task of oversight or guidance with respect to the world of the living. You become a system administrator of sorts. If this is true, then I’d very much like a position in the “Angel of Vengeance” department, working in the Abuse of Children squad. There simply isn’t enough suffering in the world for people who harm children, but I’d be willing to look for new and creative ways to stretch the boundaries of pain.

Yes. Being a vengeance demon for a while wouldn't necessarily be an un-fun job.
