So I'm sitting here after work and I'm hungry. I'm thinking about what's in the fridge and I decide I just need a snack.
Two slices of bread are pulled out. On one I put down a nice thick layer of American Style Liverwurst. (I call it Pate.) On this is placed a slice of Swiss and some rings of fresh sliced Onion. Over this I drizzle some good Horse Radish Sauce.
Cover this then nuke until the cheese melts.
Oh man does this taste good.
