My down stairs neighbors shot bee-bee's at us for about ten minutes this evening then denied it when the cops came by. And since no one witnessed what happened, the cops took their word on it. When my mother asked about a restraing order, the cops said "You can not have a restraining order unless you are related to the individuals, or in some form of a relations with the individuals." Now we have two broken windows, the cops will do NOTHING to help us (therefore, from this moment foward I have totally lost ALL respect for law officals.), and our SLUMLORD is not answering his house phone or his cell phone. Tomorrow is sunday, and monday is a holiday, so we have to sit here and hope nothing else happend untill TUESDAY morning. This, my friends, is a load of bull shit. If any more acts such as this persue, look in the news for my trial for killing the fuckers.

Take pictures of the windows with the bee-bee holes, can be used as evidence later.

Do whatever you can to catch this person in the act. Ask neighbors to watch also.

We will be taking the pictures in the morning, after we put some paper behind the bullet holes. We also have four bee-bee's in our house. Mom put on rubber gloves before putting them in sandwich bags.

And honestly, we did provoke it, but (and I know this sounds childish) they started it. They are the worst people in the world.

Not for a bit of back ground. Our town as a "Pay as you Throw" program, where you are only allowed one barrel of trash per house hold. If you make more trash than that you have to buy these special bags (a five pack for $5). Well, our neighbors (the ones who shot at us tonight) fill three barells a week, because they lack the mental capasity to recycle. Our neighbors up stairs and ourselves are counstantly taking their trash out of out barells and leaving them where the people from the first floor will find them. Also, these people blair their "music" (if you can call it music) constantly. In fact, my floor is vibration right now because of them.

Cops and our landlord do nothing. We reported the first offences to our landlord who said, and I quote

I will not be a mediator. You will have to learn how to resolve your difference amongst each other

I have been thinking of so many plans of retaliation, but the thought of "what if they do it again sometime between now and tuesday" keeps poping into my head. These pricks could have shot my mother, father, my cats or myself because they have the mentality of three year olds.

I am not sure about that being true. I just doesn't sound right. You might want to call and talk to the police there, sheriff's office or dispatch. I know from experience that some times the cops that come out just don't want to deal with the problems and will tell you what ever it takes to shut you up, even if it is wrong. I learned the hard way about this too.
