I bought some incense at the mind-body-spirit center. Some Nag Champa. I have lit the candles in the big brass Thai candle holders that sit on opposite sides of the room and lit the red globe in the corner. I took a Xanax. I am gonna listen to the soothing sound of a saxophone for a while and see how well it works.....

I might leave the computer and watch The Sun Also Rises in a little while. It's an old flick with Tyrone Powers and Eddie Albert and I forgot the name of the completely lovely actress who plays Lady Brett.

I want to just fade away.....

Mmm, sounds great Riff. :) This is the stuff I do now and then. Turn off the lights or dim them, light candles, incense or scented candles, put on some nice mellow music, and then just sit down an relax. Perhaps read, perhaps draw. I should do it tomorrow.
Now, if I just had a bath tub that'd be even better! A nice long hot bath would be great...mmmm..

Don't fade away for too long riff. I like ya too much.

Just fade out, man. The incense will do that to you.

Ummmm.....sounds like my kind of evening.

Mind if I join you, Riff? I'll bring a bottle of wine and a joint.

It is nice. It's tranquil. Peaceful. Mellow. Mellow....

yeah.... like that....

I like a bath every now and then.... I shower every day, but this friend of mine gave me one of those inflatable air pillows for the tub, and a thing that spans the tub with candle holders. Every once in a while I put some oils and salts in, light the candles, and sit in the tub and read.

Sigh, now I really want to get hold of a bath tub! Invite me over! ;)

Riff, I'm addicted to being in water. I shower everday and take a bath most days too.

There is nothing like the feel of floating in hot, bubbly water.

I like jacuzis. I wish I had one. But they are best in the cooler months. I like to get in about 110 - 115 degree water when it's cold outside... or around 50 degress. Look up at the clear winter skies with the stars twinkling.

I used to do that a lot in this one place I lived where they had a jacuzi

The only problem is that if yall really come over, I won't be relaxed anymore. I just want to relax here now. Visualizing nice peaceful places.... so hopefully I can fall asleep. Not crash... just drift of to sleep for the night. Don't you ever feel that way?

Ava Gardner, riff. I think she was married to Sinatra at the time that was made.

Yes, I noticed as it began. What a lovely woman. Yes? Right up up there at the top of the stars of the silver screen from the golden age. I love old movies.

I never made it to the end. I watched the first scene and decided to move to my bed. I made it to the scene where Jake ditches the party and goes home to bed. I closed my eyes and listened to dialogue.... and then Sleep came to me and embraced me in her arms....

It was just what I needed..... ah!

Morning riff. Happy sunday to you.

I think I'll try the incense in my hay-loft

When does your term end?

Last week of May, you cute chubby snugglebear! My favorite months of the year have always been October, March, and April.

Since I began teaching, May is making a run for it!

I'm free all of June from June 9th Riff. Car fixed, ready to roll across Europe.

My wife has given me more than permission. The boot, too.

Two tents.

Flirt!

You are asking me to make a commitment, aren't you?

You want phone sex, don't you! LOL

You guessed you bastard.

Are you going to your mum and dad's for lunch today?

Do it, riff! It'll be just like Kerouac and Cassaday. On the Autoroute. Dig it!

I think it could be so.

Last time I did Europe in pre-family days it was in a mini. It was art galleries then. What do you suggest Riff? Shrines,

Lourdes, Fatima, Garrabandal and Medjugorje?

Free, how long do I have to procrastingate on a decision?

I need at least until my next therapy session- May 13th I think.

As long as you like - well until the beginning of June. I've genuinely set that time aside from major engagements - that said I've got to be in Paris 24/25. Otherwise, I'm off going south.

Great. I have decisons to make.

I have think I have eliminated Russia. The world is either too freakin big or I have not enough cash (same thing, isn't it).

I have to weigh your proposition. I might be able to do both things I want to do-

One is a trip to the home of my ancestors, and the other is a jaunt to the west, perhaps ending in Palo Alto, CA or possibly Las Vegas.

I might be able to do you both! :)
