I need to find the title of this book

Ok this is going to be akward...I room mate of mine says nothing can scare him and time and again I have failed in trying to disprove it. Well I know of a book that I found a long time ago when I was 11 or so. I think I remember the beginning...A boy becomes possessed by a demon or by satan Im not sure. He takes a bath with his sister and procedes to have sex with her. During or after he ejaculates inside of her and explodes her head. He then in turn goes to kill the rest of his family. I cannot remember for the life of me the name of the book. I know it was banned in some country or other I even believe it said so in the front of the book. I would really like to know if you could find this book for me for I have searched everywhere for it. I destroyed it a long time ago and Im regretting it.
