I need some help/advice with sexual aspects of my relationship...My girlfriend and I have been together for awhile and we love each other very much. We have done quite a few things, sexually, but have not used a strap on. We both decided that we want to but neither of us has ever done anything like that before. I am a very shy and timid person and am so afraid I wont know how to do that to please her when the time comes. Any help is greatly appreciated...

Talk about it! It's not easy when your shy (I should know), but in the end it's worth it. Try to bring up the subject, and then go into detail of what she would like. She might not even know herself since she hasn't done any of that yet. The best way to find out would be to try it out. If you don’t have the strap on and dildo(s) look for what you two might like to try out, whether in a store or online. When you have all you need, make sure you have a lot of time alone, and experience! No one can tell you what she likes best except her. Ask her what feels good and what doesn’t. Ask her what she wants and give it a try. And don’t forget yourself in all this. If you’re not having fun, she probably won’t be either. So... My advice is really to take it slow and talk it out and to have fun!

Am I right in guessing that you are female?

You are going to be awkward the first time you use a strap on, there's no way around it. It's a weird feeling to have it sticking out of you. The most important thing to remember is that you are BOTH learning. You don't have to please her the first time! She is not expecting you to become an instant sex goddess the moment you strap it on. I would suggest that you both try to have FUN. It's going to be a pretty silly experience, so enjoy it! Play around, see what works, see what you like, and don't stress too much about it. You're just exploring together. Laugh at the funny parts, don't freak out about them!

Oh, and it WILL fall out of her. Just put it back in.
