Alabama BDSM
There are several educational/social BDSM groups across Alabama. That includes Mobile, Montgomery, Dothan, BIRMINGHAM, and Huntsville.

Hi,
I don't know what your history, experience, or specific interests are, so I'm going to create a little foundation. If you are already aware, cool.
The groups that are in Alabama serve two primary functions. First, as an educational outlet, they host workshops and presentations on various aspects of BDSM relationships and activities to help us play safer, and thus ultimately have much more fun. Also, by attending these events, you are given a rare opportunity to see other people's style of play and observe them engaged in some activity in which you might gain some interest in.
Second, these groups provide a chance for you to meet other people with whom you can directly talk to about BDSM issues (how do I..., where do I..., what is it like to..., etc.). And yes, many of us find people with whom to play (or be played with). However, they aren't the kind of groups where you just throw in a personal and say, "30yo Male Sub wants:" because the connections we make are much more sincere.
So, the groups around the state meet mostly on different weekends so that people inbetween areas have the chance to visit different groups. Also, if you're busy one weekend, you know a short drive across the state will get you to something else fun to do.
The different groups have webpages full of useful information to get you going (what they do, what the rules are, how to get involved). Most of them also have a yahoogroups discussion board where information, events, announcements, and messages can be posted.

We meet for coffee and dinner gatherings as well as monthly demonstrations. Please feel free to join us on our list and for fun with like-minded folks in the area at our weekly meetings.

TRC is a social group that concentrates on providing education, information and dungeon parties. TRC is a place for people, within an alternative lifestyle, to learn and play within consenting adult relationships. TRC is a pansexual group that does not discriminate on the basis of gender, orientation, race or fetish. TRC includes, but not limited to, B/D (Bondage and Discipline), S/M (Sadomasochism) and D/S (Dominance and Submission). TRC is not a sex club and does not provide recommend or suggest partners for people. TRC is a non profit group.
TRC's meeting location is in central Alabama, The location has a large dungeon with many pieces of furniture. The building also has a social/education room.
TRC has three types of events. They are a coffee/munch (ALAFF), educational presentations and dungeon parties.
