I shuffled for you and drew two cards--too late as it turned out:

Queen/Swords and Empress. Sorry for the tardy response, and sorry you didn't get it. If it helps any, these two cards indicate that they liked you, and both cards indicate that they discussed you at length.

But the Empress, positive as she is, hints that they likely felt you weren't ready for the position. And the Queen/Swords indicates that they effectively "cut you out."
