Miss Rebecca I think Monster is made by one of the pop companies like coke or pespi. They say its an energy drink but really its just suger and caffine, at least with Jolt they told you it had 2 times the suger and 3 times the caffine or is that backwards??

Never touched the stuff if I need a boost then I reach for my drug of choice Mountain Dew Code Red style.

L-Carnitine, Taurine, Ginsing and assorted B-vitamins. Plus, naturally, caffiene. aaand.... lets look at the ingredients.... in order. water, sugar, sugar, citric acid (flavor, right?), flavors, taurine, sodium citrate, color, ginsing, that carnitine stuff, CAFFIENE!!!!!, and assorted other shit I can't spell.

Yum. :D

I'm a tea drinker. I read somewhere that black tea has more caffiene in it, actualy. Not that I care - caffiene does didly for me. I can drink a double latte and then go to bed. *shrug*

I want a shirt that says:

"No one notices what I do until I don't do it."

Getting tired of the endless roles of a mom??

I don't know. It's just when I'm sick, that's when they notice stuff I didn't do, you know?

I LOVE my kids. I am not too thrilled about being a parent. I always wanted to be a grandmother though.

I read this christian book, that sorta describe what you are going through, her answer was for 1 week to go on strike because her family did not apprieciate her efforts. If you want the title let me know just something harmless to read and its good too.

when I became a grandfather I was told the secret about why grandparents and grandchildren get along so well.

They get along because they have a common enemy

I've been arguing that point since I was old enough to do chores and get yelled at for not doing them, too.

"Nobody says anything when I do them, but when I don't, you remember every single time I've missed it and exaggerate how long it's been since I've done it last!"

Grace -- I very often down a Monster and then go to bed. :p It's not that the caffiene doesn't do anything, it's just that it doesn't wind me up THAT badly. It just helps when I don't get enough sleep.

My mom actually told my grandma that maybe for her 85th birthday (in 3 years) she'll have a great-grandchild. And she put a deadline on me and my sis (more on me because my sis doesn't have a man) to make her grandma in the next 7 years. But no pressure at all

I'm so lucky that never happened to me.

Probably because my mom wasn't expecting to be a grandma by the time she was 43. :p

Yeah, my mom would have prefered for us (me and my sister) to wait. Miss got pregnant her senior year in highschool (her boyfriend was still a junior), and I only waited as long as it took for me to get married. Our children are 9 months apart in age. My mom was . . . 39. LOL My littlest sister was 3 when my nephew was born.

My mom was 20 when she had me, so when I had her first grandkid at 23, that made her 43. When she goes out in public with him, nobody really even asks if he's her grandsom -- she still looks young enough people assume he's hers! Especially with my dad being a redhead, too. They look so alike.

I didn't mean to say my kids and husband don't appreciate what I do for them. In a way they do. They are pretty great. I'm just pretty sure they really have no idea what all I do. *L* Hell even I don't appreciate me enough. I'm probably way worse than they are in this area.
