Have you tried looking at the Alternate Editor's list? The ones on that list are really good at what they do and I'm sure you could find your match easily.

Take a look Here. I can vouch for every one of those that are on the list. They either are amazing writers who want to help other writers or they are really good editors but in any case....IMHO on that list you have the cream of the crop
Take your pick.
