I totally understand this after discussions have been made and quidelines set out. It’s when it’s the second message makes me a little cautious.

I think you need to look at how long they have been members, their comments on the forums and their profile to work out if they are genuine or not.

From the amount of messages i receive on here i get a gauge of how many submissive guys there are, it can be a little overwhelming at times for us too. Make sure if you do message someone it's personal to their profile and interests, stand out from the crowd.

While I’m not active on the scene any more I am aware there are too many findoms with no interest in client wellbeing and aftercare.

But I am curious to know what standard of engagement you would get from paying a tribute though… compared to my own of course.

General rule of thumb; if a prospective mistress posts a personals ad on this particular forum, they are not real at all.

If you are chatting online with one and she brings up a tribute, she may be an actual professional domme, and while you can have a short term superficial connection and live out the fantasy of serving her, eventually you will want something more substantial and mutually fulfilling. If she's a professional, as opposed to just another outright scammer, she will usually have some kind of web presence, either a web page or other testimonials. And of course, second rule of thumb, do not send tribute to anyone without meeting them face to face.
