Re: All fresh!
My recipe:
One Betty Crocker pie shell, arrange a layer of balogna slices to cover completely, then a layer of Cheese Doodles then more balogna, then more ... (you get the idea, kinda like lasagna) ... when you get the pie shell almost filled to top, cook for 20 minutes at 350. Top with M&M's for that festive party look and cook 5 more minutes. If its a formal occasion top with only the green M&M's. If someone wants whipped cream topping and you are out you can just slop a big dollup of mayonaise on there and it works good. Any leftover pie makes great baloney sammiches.

I don't really have a great crust recipe, just the typical flour, butter, egg, ice water and pinch of salt.
BUT - I made two different types of pies - yummmm.
The first was your typical, two-crust pie. Blueberries, sugar, cinnamon, lemon, vanilla, cornstarch - cook for an hour.
The other two pies - cook half the blueberries on the stovetop with butter and lemon juice. Then add flour, granulated sugar and brown sugar (and cinnamon or nutmeg) and cook until it gets thick. Cool, then add the rest of the raw berries and mix gently. Then pour into prepared pie shells and top with whip cream. Yummmmm again.
We still have some pie - love all your delicious offers.
And pop? I'd love to check out your rhubarb, too!
