I think it was a BDSM story, but I cant recall author or title.
It starts out as if the man is driving around some distance from home, and to his surprise, he comes to an intersection of roads, and sees a naked young woman forlornly tied to a fence, wearing a sign saying that she's a bad slave and is being given to the first who will take her away. So he does...
The story was interesting, but I never got to finish it, or it was a multi-part that either went unfinished, or I didn't recognize the finishing parts when they appeared.
I know that's not too much to go on, but that's the gist of the start of the story.
