I like petite women

While working on my next story, I realized that I like small, lightweight (aka slim) women (which one of my main characters is a perfect specimen of). I do not however have a special love for tall, skinny women (read: most of the runway models). I can adore these from far away, in posters or magazines; however, when close up and live, I feel kind of inadequate, since I am not very tall myself (178 cm; do your own non-decimal math). It seems to me that the reason is a possibly very male need to protect my female and to be physically dominant. This cliché is best exemplified in the ritual of carrying the bride over the doorstep. While I imagine I could do that with a runway model, too (I hear that some of them are 20 kg underweight, which is near fatal), it seems more natural with a woman that is smaller.
If you wonder why I posted this - well, I imagine the LitBoard as a community of people who not only have sex, but like to think and talk about it, too. So, that's my two cents. Feel free to do whatever with this thread; I just had to get it of my chest.

Many of my characters tend to be petite. Not exactly sure why, but I have noticed that trend.

With me it's the other way around, when ever i'm seeing a small woman i feel like i'm going to brake her. I like a bit more meat i think, but have had some great tiny women, i'm just not shore.

I think I grew up on the wrong side of the stereotype. All the little petite women I have known all carried punches or kicks that were dreaded among the dimmer members of the male half of our campus. One of them actually became completely infamous in the district as where Misogynism goes to die.

Still, I do admit that that body structure is far cuter in my eyes than the stereotypical Runway model.

Well that's part of the "physical domination" aspect I mentioned. I can opverpower them ! But I'd never hurt them - unless they ask me to.
Oh, and before anyone get's the wrong idea: yes, my girlfriend is rather petite, but she has a will strong enough to make up for that, and then some. And I totally respect her, my lil' cutie knee-biter boo-boo [insert babbling baby talk while hugging GF].

Short, tall,
large or small,
big tits, medium tis, little tits or no tits at all.

Shaved clean,
a little fuzzy,
hairy as a horse in middle of winter.

Endless variety, always something to find and explore. Isn't that what life is for?
