It looks like milk, but it's made of rice and tastes like cinnamon.

Sounds... interesting.

First post! Send me my glass of milk, now.

Sorry, we only hand out horchata here. You can have strawberry or regular.

Yes, actually. Strawberry horchata tastes just like strawberry milk, but without the cow abuse.

Drink horchata as a subsitute. I'm sure it's got some health benefits...somewhere. And it's very refreshing. I drank a quart of it a week during the summer in Spain.

I had horchata this summer for the first time. I thought it tasted like what you'd get if you took the milk that's left in the bowl after you pour it over a sugary cereal, and then watered it down to about 10% strength. Maybe I just need to develop a taste for it.

Ewww, maybe you had a bad brand. It should taste like lemon and cinnamon.

My ex-boyfriend loved it. He used to pull it out of the fridge and proclaim, "Hor-CHAT-taaaaaa!"

I'm a horchata da chuffa fan, pyper. I thought it was soya milk. I used to drink it laced with spanish brandy. But these days I still enjoy it solo. Crap with cornflakes or in coffee, though. It's not a milk substitute.

Oh, God, don't I know that from experience. *shudder*
