My cousin is doing 50 for a murder that he lost in trail. My other cousin just came home doing a dime for a body that he cop out to. This guy is doing 55 years for selling weed? You would think he got caught with a boat full, with all that time he is doing. That's just fucked up.

I also read about a teen who drove while intoxicated. After robbing a liquor store, he ran over 3 people. Yet his expensive lawyer managed to get him almost scott-free (just a bit of rehab at a posh place), by claiming that he suffers from "affluenza. Aka because of his privileged upbringing, he's unabke to tell right from wrong

Nobody deserves to be treated inequitably under a flawed criminal justice system. But neither are these potential excesses a secret.

If you commit a crime of any sort in any state, and your attorney is not adamantly and precisely clear as to the consequences you could be facing, then you should fire your attorney.

For that matter, if YOU do not know in ADVANCE what the consequences of criminal behavior are BEFORE you participate in it, then your ass should be tossed in jail on the basis of sheer STUPIDITY. WTF??!??!?!

Here is an almost sure fire way of spending your life OUT of prison rather than IN it. (ranked in order)

1. Don't use or sell illegal drugs.

2. If arrested do not resist or take flight.

3. Never pull a weapon on an arresting officer, most especially a firearm.

4. If prior to trial you are afforded the opportunity to mitigate your crime by implicating any criminal associates, seriously consider whether your personal loyalty to them in the commission of a crime is of a higher moral value than true contrition for your original criminal act. If you decide that it is, then you just made a second stupid choice that reveals a great deal about your value system that lead you to crime in the first place.


Millions of people who have lived in our nations worst ghettos have used these principles to remain out of prison their entire lives. The question is why others have not?
