So focused — they're usually looking like; "What the F... just happened," in sort of sweet and stupefied way. Me thinks 'mama' better keep a close eye on that one

I guess it's weird, but I remember being born. My mother got a heavy dose of painkillers and I came out of the womb deeply stoned. I was kind of wiggling around trying to see all these people while the doctor held me upside-down. Then the bastard whacked me on the butt and I was trying to turn so I could see why he would do that. Everyone else just looked concerned. Then he whacked me again! I tried to protest, but of course I didn't know any words yet. At that point, I saw the nurses all smiling and I just thought, "Man! What is wrong with these people? Letting this guy beat me, and they think it's funny?!?"

I have never been a big fan of doctors.

My parents didn't take a picture when I arrived. They wouldn't have wanted to share it because I was born with Lanugo - hair all over the body more like an ape than a human, and in a caul which apparently means I can't drown.

The Lanugo came off in the first week.

I was born a month ahead of schedule. I can understand why the little guy doesn't look particularly happy.
