The only thing I know to do is to describe exactly what you want in the Notes field. Ask nicely, and Laurel does it for you.

For regular bold and italic in submissions, use html coding which just means use <> instead of [] with the i and /i or b and /b.

Making the words bigger would likely require you to make it an illustrated submission and submit it as a picture in a word document.
