I hit my husband in the face last night...

But hey I was alseep when I did it and I didn't wake up till the moment of impact....

I was dreaming that some woman had come into my house to visit and was trying to steal an item of mine. I lashed out to punch her in the face and I actually punched my husband with a closed fist in his jaw...

This morning he had an indent from a ring on my finger and I have broken skin on my finger where the ring dug into me....

OMG.... wanna sleep with me. lol

my dad finaly decided to sleep the oposit direction to stop hitting my mom.... he woke up wiht his fist in the wall. good timeing.

I think it's the first time I have hit someone with pure force from being angry, but my anger was not at him but my dream.

You have to be conscious to appreciate it....But to hit someone out of pure anger who truly deserves it...feeling the impact and watching them crumble is actually a real rush. (not that in any way do believe in acts of violence or revenge are acceptable at all in most cases but there are times when you have to to protect yourself or others.

To help someone out who is in trouble like you mentioned above is ok. But hitting someone just because you are angry with them is not.

My husband is a Karate Instructor and I am glad he has Karate Do...
