I don't know you, but it sounds OK to me... this message board is a safe, anonymous online fantasy place. It's OK to be anything you want to. Of course, if you're looking to meet people in real life, I'd say you should fess up, even if just in private with him/her/them. But you don't owe anyone an explanation- your private life is entirely your business, and we need to know only what you choose to let us know.
