and i have a huge, victorian, porcelain-over-iron claw-footed tub that stands within a tall circle of candles in the middle of my bathroom...with shiny brass fittings that fill from the side so that either end is perfectly comfortable for reading or play

we all need our comfort spots...mine steams when filled, and floats scented bubbles

My new place has a huge corner tub (garden tub?) that has ceiling to tub leangth mirrors with etching on them surrounding it, and a sky light over it. In my own bathroom, in my bedroom, where the kids can't get to it. I want to surround it with candles.
