I post to a thread which immediately dies and is never seen again.

Happens all the time.

I make a shrewd observation or witty comment and that's it,finished.

Am I being paranoid?. Yes,but then I am anyway.

I think I'll go and eat worms.

Sigh. It happens to me too. I make some flip, comment that I think is witty. Then I wander off to bed.
Awaking on the morrow to find that I have killed the thread, dead in it's tracks. There lies my humourus post, three pages back with my post the last.
I am responsible for the death of many threads.
Maybe we should retire? Or else get the hint?
