I have GOT to pay better attention!!

This is a long overdue THANK YOU to all the readers who read my story WHO'S YOUR DADDY? way back in 2002 and voted it the best "anal" story of that year (I think I've got that right). I never even knew it won an award at all! I never paid attention to those
little icons next to the story title in my STORIES tab on my profile page....until a friend asked me what they were. Well, of course, THEN I had to give them a look-see. When I checked it out and saw that WHO'S YOUR DADDY? was an award winner, I was shocked! For two years I never knew! So, two years late, I'm saying a heartfelt THANK YOU to all those who voted for my story.
There are some terrific writers here on Lit, and for my story to win
ANY award or contest is very, very flattering. I can't thank you readers and voters enough. Positive feedback is one thing (I just
love getting those positive vibes)...but an AWARD? Wow. Thanks

Hey, congratulations. It's odd they never tell you. I was bored one day and looking through old history and found I'd won an award too -- way too late to claim it. I think you get a gilded plaster statue of a willy, or something equally valuable.

LOL...thank you, Rainbow. But, I don't think it's "odd" that they
don't tell you when you've won. Saves them having to send some moolah your way..lol. Actually, I don't think my winning came with any real reward...or did it? Moot point, anyhow...lol.
And if they EVER try to reward me with a statue of a willy -
gilded plaster or otherwise - I'll hurl up my last ten meals! Ick.
