I need at least 50 suggestions for punnishments/humilations to put on pieces of paper to place in a jar or two. I have permission to take ideas from here and other sources that I may find by 4:00 today. Please help me.

They may vary in strictness of course and public isn't out but we may have to change them to fit our situation. I know I posted it in more of the joking section, but ya'll seem to hang out here more often then on the other side so... here I am.

There were a lot of good suggestions in that thread, but I can't think of a single one right now.

The one he used, I can remember: he took his belt to me - after a lot of build up and so on. I reacted badly to it, at the time, for a variety of reasons, but he used it on me again yesterday, and after about ten strikes with it, I was very close to orgasming!

Other punishments, off the top of my head include...

Depends what your likes and dislikes are, but I'll try and offer something:

* Do some physical work, enough to get dirty and sweaty, and not be allowed to wash or shower the rest of the day.

* Wear a butt plug for a day.

* Ask permission to speak each and everytime you have something to say.

* When spanked etc., count each spank/stroke and thank in a respectful way after each one, and ask for another.

* Wear your clothes inside out and go shopping that way.

Keep them coming, it isn't too late, we're still working on it all. We're also working on things I can do everyday to either be rewarded/punnished for you can include them if you like, but I also understand that the bdsm lib is overflowing with them and we'll just have to do some research along with keeping up with this thread.
