I don't know if its possible to transfer, you'd have to ask Laurel and Manu about that.

But when you close the account, you can withdraw all the stories and then repost them in your new ID.

I should think so, you'd just have to explain in the notes when posting that they were previously posted under your old ID, so that they didn't accuse you of plagiarism.
