So now I'm curious.... Do you have a tried-and-tested home remedy that you swear by?
Some of the tips I got today are -
Coat the soles of your feet with hot English mustard, slip on a couple of plastic bags and a pair of socks.
Drink parsley tea.
Eat crushed crysanthemums (isn't that an insecticide?)
'Snarfle' warm water to flush the sinus.

yes, chug half a bottle of the green death, aka nyquil, and then sleep.
works like a charm
