Whenever you reply or create a pm, go down to the radio boxes down at the bottom and uncheck the "save a copy" and "message tracking" buttons. That'll keep crap from piling up in folders you never look at.

When you go clean out your sent items and your message tracking, make sure the time frame says "from the beginning."

OK... first you need to make sure that you're viewing everything "From the beginning."

Then you need to not only check your inbox but your sent messages box. All messages you send are automatically saved unless you uncheck the "save" box when sending it.

There is a maximum of 100 messages combined between your inbox and your sent box. You should also probably delete whatever is in your Message Tracking box as well.

A tip - if there are messages you want to save then copy them into a Microsoft Word document to save then - then delete them.

Yeah, when you delete messages in youe IN folder, you also have to clean out your sent messages, and, message tracking. It will be in the upper right, right next to where it says "Go."
