But it's nearly Valentine's Day, and I have to think of something low-cost but highly romantic to do for my favorite asian-danish

Any thoughts or helpful suggestions?

Also, what are your own personal plans for St. V's day? Is it a day of love and romance for you? Or will you be collecting various objects for a sacrificial burning??

Magister and i will be apart on that day which sucks. in fact i shall be working that evening until almost midnight which adds to the suckiness of the situation.

i am trying to think up things to leave in His email for that night in my stead. my poetry stinks though so i am thinking about writing a steamy story involving the two of us, some special toys and some scented candles.

Last year a friend of mine who has been married for centuries showed me her valentine gift. It was a cartoon her husband had clipped from the Sunday paper which basically told her how he felt about her.

She still carries it with her.

My sweetie's birthday is Feb 15th, so we combine the 2 holidays. This year, I am fixing him a special dinner & then planning a nice romantic weekend for us. I rarely cook, so that in itself is an event. I am going for all the corny stuff, candles, soft music, dinner & then.............................Never know what could happen.

Here's what you do, go out and buy about three boxes of Valentines day snack cakes. Cut out all the little Valentine's on the back and write sexy and provacative comments on them.

-Oops! Forgot to add: Then you tape them around his Monitor, like a little Valentines Frame.

Then showing your true love, you kindly share the snack cakes!


Hey, it worked in second grade.....


We're probably just going out to dinner, or ordering pizza. We're both broke. Maybe I'll make him a construction paper Valentine, if I'm feeling creative.

i am thinking of doing just that and filling His email with tons of stuff and it won't be a surprise when He reads this as i know he will but i intend to keep quiet about exactly what i shall be sending and a little anticipation will help to keep me on His thoughts and whet His appetite. *g*

As for me, Valentine's Day looks as though I will be spending another evening at lit, tossing around fluffy posts and drinking diet pepsi! (Always happy to be at lit, though)

what can i say? a happy Magister means a happy geri! but seriously i do love to do things for Him and it makes me feel good when i know i have made Him happy.
