Planned Parenthood is blaming the deaths of 3 doctors on the nuremberg files website.

It is a disgraceful thing to do. To many doctors, nurses and patients I can't imagine that this all does not feel like a form of terrorism to them.

Bush is pro-life, as is the attorney general. The Justice Dept. is involved in a law suit to stop the website from posting pictures of abortion providers, however it is a free speech issue and I do not think the government will win the case.

If you're out in public your picture can be taken, and the picture taker can use it any way he wants.
Privacy rules apply in abortion clinics. They don't extend to the sidewalks.

On a public sidewalk, it is not an invasion of privacy. Inside, it would be considered at the very least, trespassing.
