..... why children are so sweet and cute.

It's their laughter and giggles.

I've been watching 'Shrek 2' with some friends and a 5 year old girl yesterday. She is a cutie anyways, but hearing her laughing and giggling is just heart touching. :)

I agree, if they weren't so damn cute the human race would have become extinct a long time ago.

There are many, many reasons, but the laughter/giggles is a good one. My two girls and me rarely stop. :D

I love the way they smile, I love the way they laugh, I love the way they hug me tight, but most of all I love the way they say, "Mummy, I love you," for no apparent reason at all. :)

I knew I had the wrong kids LOL

I keep telling mine they were swapped at birth. They don't kiss me, they LICK me!

I have a right hand, little finger and thumb extended that forms 'Uncle George'. He tickles. The other hand, same fingers, is Melanie. They have to watch her, LOL. She attacks at random.

They're getting too smart. I now have to watch out for Princess and Steven LOL

It's so cute.

I'm sure I was given some nutcase's kids LOL

Oh my, I definitely want to have kids someday. I just need to find their mother. *sigh*

But kids are just great. I know they can be difficult, I know they can cause trouble, I know that probably after you got them you'll never sleep again, but in the end they are just great, even with all the effort, time, money, power and nerves you have to put into them.

For those who are, from time to time, exasperated with their children, I say, "Patience. They all grow out of it eventually."

This is not just a soothing comment it is a fact. My eldest son is now fit to live with. Of course, he's been living with his wife (formerly SO) for twenty years now, but he has grown out of all those childish habits.

Mind you, I still have doubts about the thirty-six year old.

Why children are so sweet

So their blood can be used as pancake toppings in Hell. Hey, Canada stopped delievering maple syrup down here, so we've had to make do with what we've got.

This past March I gained a teenager, he is mine from birth but in March something happened, he turned 13!

I dont know if giving a child the right to turn thirteen is a good thing, with it comes attitude, independence and sarcasim. Not only that, they frigging know EVERYTHING!! ( and this one is a bright one so he DOES know a heck of alot!)

I will be giving him crap for doing something- usually bugging the heck out of his 10 yr old sister, and all of a sudden he will say " Mom you look funny when you make the "ANGRY MOM" face!"

What am I to do- look more stirn at him and say, "that isnt appropriate" or Laugh?

Laugh it is- no wonder they dont take me seriously when Im giving them heck!

ps anyone want a teen and a soon to be teen? kidding!
