I know how you feel. Even tho' I do know a few people on the BB, I have felt the same way as you do.

There is only one cure.

To join in and start talking on the threads, as akward as that is sometimes (I feel it all the time) it just has to be done.

No one can get to know ya if you don't say anything.

This place can seem awfully hard to break into for new people. I certainly felt that for quite some time when I first came. But, it's absolutely great, and well worth wading into.

My only advice is to not take anything here too seriously and always remember that there are real, live human beings behind these nics and avs.

I know exactly what you mean. Sometimes I feel like that, and I have 600 fuckin posts. Some people are more popular than others. Did I get a 500 post thread? Nope, not that I wanted one.

But just post a lot and people will recognize you. If not, then be extra obnoxious and people will recognize you.
