OH, most definatly they are fucked.
However, we wont have 18 nations behind us, they justify any actions the U.S. takes, and wont interfere. Therefore, we have political support, which is a good thing. However, if predictions hold, and the U.S. is only the first, and Europe gets hit later, then we will have 18 nations behind us. Until then, I feel they will only be passive, and give political support.
