Feel blessed, epiphanies are somewhat rare, definately to just come out of the blue like that.. generally they take some sort of inspirational talk from a loved one (or close friend) and then pondering on that talk for a long time... *chuckle*
I had one not too long ago, but the feeling only lasted for a couple days before I was back in the slumps..
