I fail at story searching

Hi everyone if you could help me find a story it'd be much appreciated.

I don't remember any names, but there's this guy who's craving iced tea (?) and goes to a convenience to pick up some and runs into a punk girl who ends up living in the same apartment building as him, and while they're both in the elevator she invites him up to watch a movie/play cards. They end up having sex but she rejects any further relationship advances.

There was some bit of conversation where they talk about her name and how she hates it and the name she would give herself if she could, and there was a part where they talk about their exes. He's still sensitive about his and when she trash talks his ex he gets a bit angry.
