I do think she's a little dislikeable, but her court case is valid. Someone stole john memorbalia from her house (maid?) and resold it or wants to resell it. It does belong to yoko. She does have th right to go after it, but the only reason the court case has been documented publically is that she's johns wife and famous for being famous in her own.
