There were almost 66,000,000 voters that did not vote for Trump in 2016. While almost 63,000,000 did. Since, according to the census bureau there were over 235,000,000 people of voting age in the USA way back in 2012, disregarding population growth and new, eligible voters in 2016, there were more than 172,000,000 people that could have, but did not, vote for the current president in his first election. I doubt, very much, that he will exceed the 63,000,000 he got the first time around.

I didn't think a classical New York liberal and blowhard would govern so conservatively. If I had any idea how triggered he would make all of the right people that would have been reason enough to vote for him. Now if we can just introduce some fiscal sanity into his second term he'll have a lasting Legacy. Projections I have been saying is that he will once again lose the national popular vote but by about half the margin as last time.
