I couldn't wait until US Thanksgiving

.... so I'm making my turkey today.

It's a big one, 14 lbs.! I'm also making garlic mashed potatoes, homemade sage dressing, homemade biscuits, gravy, and that bean side dish with the french fried onions on top. Johannesberg Riesling is chilling in the freezer.

Who wants to come for dinner?
