You could write one about one of the following:
a) being with him somewhere at outside at night that's mostly private, but with a little chance of being caught
b) bringing home another girl and forcing him to watch and not touch

I do like the outside idea, that could be interesting. I don't really want to involve anyone else in the story, it's more a fantasy for just me and him. The story he wrote me took place in a movie theatre, which has always been one of my personal fantasies.

If his story took place in a movie theater and he didn't know it was a personal fantasy of yours, you might want to stick with theme of discretely having sex in public places.
But I think the easy answer would be to write about a fantasy of his or write about something you know really turns him on.

Those should play a good role in your story. Tease around them both in the text. Basically, you want him to picture something that you just might actually do to him. Paint a picture that stays with him. It's a little bit about where, a lotta bit about what.

I don't mean to pry, but you don't really say much about what the situation of you relationship is, just that you met on the internet. Is this an internet based relationship (i.e. do you rarely, if ever, meet face-to-face?) or do you see each other often?
I have a couple of ideas, but I don't know if they'd be applicable to your situation:
