It has eased up some, the Imitrex has helped. It makes me able to, at least, function.

Thank you both. :)

Good, be well. It's always nice to be climbing out of that hole, slow and shaky, but still climbing.

Yes, I've got so much going on here. I think that is half the reason I am getting these. *small sigh*

Life just has a way...

Yeah, and the migraine just makes it so much harder to make up for what you missed. Even between them it's hard to be fully well. How long until you're back to being you, do you think? I hope it's soon. It's hard to relax and care for yourself and recharge when you have no time between being sick.

I don't know. I have an appt with the neurologist next month. I don't know if she can help me or not?

Yeah, it took me years and a lot of very bad care plans. Eventually I got on a three-month birth control pill pack because it's my estrogen that causes the headaches. I get withdrawal. Low doses of tizanidine and amitryptaline daily. My neurologist said he came up with the combination himself and nobody else does it, so I lucked out...eventually.

He also said the doses were so low that if he didn't know better he would say I was crazy, but I'm kind of used to that, so it's better to be crazy healthy than crazy sick.

Sorry to hear your troubles.Glad to hear its easing up.HUGs.

I hear they are using butterbur extract in Europe on migraines.

They used to use the morning glory extract bella donna yrs back on them...

Its always wise to use the meds for it ,instead of trying to ignore & tough it out,as they may do brain damage that may turn into senility when you get old,cumulatively....best wishes, sit in unlit room to help,& whatever works babe....I like the Ibuprophen when i get headaches, also excedrin, not the migraines tho, sometimes temple ,other times inflammatory type headaches....

(((((((((((((((((((((pink)))))))))))))))))))) big hug....hope you feel better and wtg Buckeyes.

I hate migraines :(
Mine are hormone-triggered. Bring on menopause! (Possible that I may not get any more after all this hormonal stuff stops, according to my Doc.)

Here's hoping you feel better soon (((hug)))
